CTN is a research organisation that offers solutions to companies with the aim of increasing the competitiveness of the maritime and naval sector and to improve the environmental monitoring around wave energy converters.

The Orkestra Basque Institute for Competitiveness is an initiative of the University of Deusto through the Deusto Foundation for Study of Competitiveness and Territorial Development from its various research laboratories. It pursues three goals:
