LinkMeToHealth is a community-driven App that provides up-to-date information on local health and wellbeing services. It offers a digital directory of nearby medical services, wellbeing offerings, sporting clubs, and other resources to help users improve their health and quality of life. The App is an initiative by The University of Queensland's Centre for Community Health and Wellbeing, with input from the Springfield community in Queensland, Australia.

With the LinkMeToHealth App, users can discover nearby health services and wellbeing activities, such as doctors, allied health professionals, meditation groups, social clubs, and fitness groups. Users are also empowered to contribute by adding new services to the directory, ensuring the information remains current and comprehensive. This collaborative approach helps users access the services they need with the confidence that the information is verified and relevant to their local areas.
